Note:

Tenants are required to acknowledge and comply with the detailed Maintenance Guidelines provided at move-in for each unit. These guidelines outline the home’s systems, required upkeep responsibilities, maintenance procedures, and other important property information.

In addition, all tenants are required to participate in a one-time mandatory A/C tune-up prior to the summer season, at the tenant’s expense. Lakeshore Asset will also conduct a complimentary midterm property inspection during the lease term at no cost to the tenant or owner.

Small mishaps shouldn’t become major headaches. Our Property Insurance Plan provides up to $300,000 coverage. While Buildium Property Insurance does not include coverage for a resident’s belongings, it prevents the resident from being held liable for any covered resident-caused damages.
